This outgoing and energetic Talent Acquisition Representative will engage in innovative and creative solutions to attract top talent to meet departmental staffing needs.

Typical responsibilities include: creating job advertisements; reviewing applicant qualifications; serving as a consultant to business partners in all aspects of the hiring process; developing recruitment strategies for local markets; assisting with the facilitation of the onboarding process; and providing support for special projects, recruitment events and activities.

To be considered for this position you must possess a: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field and three (3) years of professional level Talent Acquisition experience in a Human Resources department.

or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities related to this position.

An MBA or a Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

NOTE: •Preference may be extended to applicants with professional level experience in high-volume recruitment for multiple disciplines.
•Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management is preferred.
•Individuals experienced with HR tools and technology used for attracting and identify highly qualified candidates are preferred.
•Professional level experience in a Human Resources department working with represented employees and union representatives is preferred.
