Professional work in recruitment, onboarding, and related Human Resources activities. Assists departments and makes recommendations regarding hiring and employment.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field, and five (5) years' responsible experience in Human Resources Management; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
