The Chief Financial Officer/Resource Management Director is responsible for performing executive management level work in financial and administrative services. Seminole County Fiscal Year 2017/2018 included an all fund annual budget of $755 million. This position reports directly to the County Manager.
Bachelor's in Public or Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional financial management experience required, including a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience.
Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) is preferred.
Public Treasury/Investment Experience preferred.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
