This is professional work performing financial, business and data analysis related to the organization’s human capital. Provides business analysis in support of informed business decisions and fiscally responsible outcomes. Provides employee financial modeling services and consultation to HR/Employee Relations, Financial Management, Payroll and other departments. Writes reports in support of management dashboards and to extract data needed for cost modeling. As member of Human Capital Management (HCM) system team, assists in developing and launching business processes related to compensation and future implementation of Performance, Talent and other modules. Develops end user training for new systems and tools. Responsible for the initiation, planning, execution and closure of assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Management or related field with two (2) years of experience with financial modeling, Financial, Business or Data analysis or closely related experience. Professional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for required college degree. Advanced skill in using Microsoft Excel is a must as well as intermediate skill in XML, XSLT and reporting tools.
