Responsibilities include professional and administrative work in all phases of human resources management specifically with Family Medical Leave Act, Workers Compensation and insurance administration. This position serves as a primary point of contact for all leave of absence cases and benefits enrollment. Effectively coordinates all FMLA, Workers' Compensation and Restricted Duty cases/claims to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act, Workers Compensation, ADA and all related employment laws. Must have working knowledge of employment, classification, compensation, employee relations, performance management and record keeping.
